The true leader of the Dome. She found it first and made it her own, but as more dragons arrived to join, she handed off the leadership to Hamlet and Shougo and withdrew into the background.

Her past is inky black, and she doesn't talk about it. Some dragons who are old enough remember tales of the Winter Queen, the Frost's Edge, a ghostly assassin who didn't turn down an assignment, no matter how highly ranked the target was.

But could their shadow leader really be them?

She spends most of her days in private now, only bothered with the most important matters. However, she does have final say regarding any decisions.

A very cool and logical dragon. Hardships in life have shaped her and left her hardened, with her own moral compass that doesn't always align itself with others'.

She doesn't speak very much, and if she does it's usually minimal words.

Kindness, true kindness, is hard for her. She's trying to change that, but it's happening slowly.

- Persephone was fine leading a small band of dragons, but as numbers grew she became uncomfortable. She's always had a 'no dragon turned away, no matter their deeds' policy, and she wasn't about to change it because of her own failings, so she passed on main leadership to a pair she could trust.

- Ultimately, she likes having such a big and diverse clan because she's interested in the personalities that come with it.
