Tieru is the Healer of Clan Wyrmheart, mate to Sylanna and the gentlest soul that was ever incarnated as a dragon.

Hatched in a Light nest, the coatl had been abandoned by his parents when it was discovered he could not talk at all throughout his childhood, seemingly confirmed to be mute. Shandora found the frightened teenager while foraging in the Hewn City and immediately took him under her wings, naming him Tieru. Although he easily took to the Guardian's motherly nature, it was difficult to socialize him with the rest of the clan, as he was very fearful and careful - growing up with the Wyrmhearts, he had earned the nickname of 'Shade', because he never left the shadow of Shandora's wings.

Fortunately, the Broodmother had all the patience and love to offer the Coatl, which helped overcome his speech disability and coax him out of his shell. Upon reaching adulthood, he finally dared to be brave - by leaving Shandora's presence and approaching Scylla, asking if she has any books about medicine and healing.

Slowly but surely, Tieru was opening up to the clan, participating in the day-to-day activities and occasionally contributing to conversations with a soft-spoken word or two. In his free time, he studied the arts of medicine and mending, eventually becoming a skilled healer and a knowledgeable alchemist. His greatest achievement was when he first approached Sylanna, managing a quietly-spoken sentence of compliment when she acted upon one of her visions and stopped a clanmate from eating a contaminated fish. This small gesture eventually led to the blooming of a beautiful and caring relationship, marked by the Druidic Armbands each of them carry to symbolize their union.
