History
Lady Loreleia, mother of Ememnon and Arethil. She is Lord Elauthin's wife, oft found in her husband's shadow, from which she can never truly leave. The two of them have always existed in an uncomfortable balance, and it has taught Loreleia to be patient. She was never a warm or comforting presence during her children's youths, forced to maintain an uncomfortable distance from her offspring at her husband's behest. Despite this, she harbors nothing but warmth for both of her children.

She met with Arethil after he reached out for her whilst Dreamwalking. Loreleia was beyond relieved to find her youngest actively seeking his mother's comfort and counsel-- even after all this time-- and Arethil in turn discovered Loreleia to be so much different from how she had seemed during his youth. She was warm, caring and patient with him, allowing him to speak of his pains while offering gentle comfort.

Lady Loreleia remains at the seaside at Lord Elauthin's behest, to recover from her (feigned) sickness. There is little else to do for her but to bide her time.

Gods know she has learned how to be patient.
