Skálpr is terrified of turtles. Mind you, he's never seen a turtle, but he knows the exist and that's enough for him. He's vowed to never get anywhere near the ocean. The ocean is a frightening place and, honestly, Skálpr cannot fathom how anyone can live there. Or near it. Originally he wanted to start a campaign to have the entire ocean removed, but was informed this is impossible.

Unable to pursue his dream of getting rid of the ocean, Skálpr sets off into the world aiming to find the least ocean-y place ever to live. He wants it dry and crusty, not a spec of moisture anywhere, because he's certain that's the ideal place to live. Skálpr isn't sure where he'll find the driest place ever, but he's determined to find out, and he's convinced he'll know once he sees it.
