Elaine is a cunning, deceitful, and ruthless manipulator of her court politics. She’s capable of putting on a friendly face with a charming smile - but her eyes don't smile when her mouth does. Her ultimate goal is to depose her mother as the Queen of Thorns. She has no real loyalty or affection for anyone… besides her nephew, Allium. Her only true friend, their alliance is perhaps the only one she’ll never break. She’s far less tolerant of her scatterbrained mate’s antics. She reminds Cataclysm regularly their marriage is a strictly political one arranged by her other to spite her – but he continues to moon after her.
In her spare time, Elaine tends to her exotic frog and toad collection as diligently as any mother. Their toxins are one of he most potent weapons and it’s whispered in court that a single scratch from the dainty pearlcatcher would put even an Imperial in the ground.
