Acacius had photographic memory, able to relive what he had experienced in the past with ease. Though with great memory came horrible and traumatic experiences that Acacius could never shake off that came from within the Labyrinth. Despite all the PSTD and environment, Acacius’s personality was not negatively effected. Able to easily bring a smile to someone’s face or tell amazing and wondrous stories on the spot, his cheerily tone and happy demeanor would have never lead anyone to guess his rough upbringing~
Despite being able to recall everything with ease, his (distant) family’s photographic memory might be better if they have multiple eyes (multi-gaze). Trading able to see anything and all, for vulnerability and weakening the physical state. It is said that Acacius is trying to anchieve this form despite the sacrifice. Either way, some rumors go around that the honey colored smoke surrounding his body had hid the youngling, up until he was able to flee. Others say that it same simply luck that he was able to survive and eventually escape. No one knows why Acacius had left the labyrinth but some say that his own family and residents didn’t like him or simply he wanted to live his out his storytelling dreams~
In the early days Acacius spent his days sunbathing out at the Crystalspine Reaches, resting near the cliffs where the ocean can be heard and sights to be seen. Typically his cousin, Olivine, tags along for the resting, where (she/they) often roam around the expansive lands in search for a playmate. Sometimes they’ll succeed, finding a sweetpea or the occasional stray fallenstreak. If not, Olivine always has her uncle to mess with! During the days Acacius isn’t out lazying around, he helps entertain dragon’s hatching day parties. Whether it be silly tricks for the crowd like juggling, balancing, or magic tricks, he’s perfect for those looking for variety! Occasionally he can be seen watching over circuses or carnivals whenever they’d pop by with Olivine~
Sometimes Acacius can be seen daydreaming, or possibly just curled up and not moving. Olivine believes this is due to him probably remembering how his mother casted him aside and said the labyrinth’s beast, his much older sibling, to be her only child. Acacius had revealed the detail to the younger auraboa, saying it had scarred him for months since then. It was then that Olivine realized that Acacius truly needed her company, and stayed with him even after she grew up. During that time, Acacius realized that there was much more to life than dwelling on the past. Spending a bunch of time with his cousin made him notice how happy he was to see her with joy and happiness~
Eventually Acacius decided he wanted to spread the same type of emotion all through out Sornieth along with making sure no one ever feels the same pain the two felt when they left the Labyrinth~
How would he do this? Simple, by doing what he does best, magic tricks! Since then he has created with his yellow smoke magic and imagination an entire carnival for other’s to enjoy! Sure the layout may look a little familiar to some, but surely it’s just a little deja vu right?..
‘Welcome one and all! To the Eternal Carnival! Our owner, Acacius, would like to wish you a wonderful forever stay here at our establishment!’
“ Thank you Olivine! It’s truly homey! You wouldn’t ever want to leave! Why would you after all? There’s cookies, pies, cotton candy, fried foods, and tons more! “
