Wishes works with her sister Illuminations to create vibrant nighttime spectaculars that entertain dragons of all ages. She works very hard to keep their trained fireflies in top performing condition. She also loves experimenting with different types of pyrotechnics, which she builds with the help of her friend Groose. She respects the quiet beauty of Illumination's stained glass pictures, but she loves nothing better than to time an explosion of color perfectly with the crescendo of their vocal and instrumental ensemble.

Wishes likes to design shows about imagination and following one's dreams. Wishes has plenty of dreams, and she loves to illustrate them in flashing fireworks and firefly dance numbers. She lives her dreams each night, and she wants each dragon in the audience, young and old, to know that anything is possible when a dragon allows himself or herself to dream. She dabbles in a bit of psychology in her free time, since she finds the dragon mind so fascinating, but what really interests her is the unlimited potential of an unhindered imagination. Her corner of the lair is full of sketches and charcoal drawings on the wall.
