Rabies Bloodmark is a Mirror from the Scarred Wasteland and daughter of the ever-watching Plague tyrant Bloodsteel. While she lives, feeds, and fights alongside the Xerxean dragons, she doesn't consider herself to be part of the clan, insisting that she remain loyal to the Plaguebringer. She acts as a mediator between the Xerxeans and the Plague dragons to the east.

Rabies is very in touch with her Mirror instincts and flight origins, battling savagely and making the most out of resources. In terms of personality, she is gruff and confrontational. Rabies speaks exceedingly formally, but not to the point where it interferes with the straightforwardness of her words. While she doesn't put much stock in kindness, she does have a sense of honor, albeit a warped one. Her goal in battle is victory, not obliteration: she never attempts to cause permanent damage, and will return or repair assets that were attacked to demoralize. However, the nature of her element can bring unwanted effects to non-Plague rivals. She enjoys telling stories of her journeys in the Scarred Wastelands, and asking her about them is one of the few ways to make her face light up. Some of her stories detail battles with enemy clans, and she has cited instances where she has kidnapped eggs and hatchlings, only to return them afterwards as the clans negotiate peace.

Rabies has migrated across her wasteland home, assimilating traits from other flights that she deemed useful. To date, she has picked up the Arcane philosophy of discovery, the trickery of the Shadows, the reverence for memory of the Earths, and the adventurous attitude of the Winds. However, Plague runs in her blood, and she views these traits as simply more materials to exploit. Because of this, she has climbed the ranks of the Xerxean warriors, cracking rival clans' secrets and building careful strategies with any tactics that suit her. For this reason, she prefers the title of "General Bloodmark" after her mother, an exalted dragon in direct service to the Plaguebringer. Woe betide the clan that angers the General...
