At the surface the water is still pleasantly warm and you’re bathing in the light that pierces the waves overhead. Everything looks magical: colorful fish dance around you, the exotic pieces of coral fill your vision and there’s no sign of any looming danger. Oasis, you think to yourself, this is really a place worthy of that name.

No one is ever sure whether they bump into Halrach or was he there the whole time, just camouflaged before your eyes. The spiral looks as magical as his surroundings, his scales imitating the moving water and you swear you can see light dancing on his body in patterns that don’t seem natural, more like he is the one commanding the rays of sun glimmering around.

Water holds many secrets, would you like to learn them? Halrach's stare pierces his newest customer in their place even though his eyes are fully covered by the mask he is wearing. His voice lulls the listeners into a sense of peace and no one ever declines the chance to hear more. Halrach is an oracle with many gifts and even more ways to speak the exact words someone wants to hear. The lurer of the Oasis that urges you to travel towards deeper waters and fills your head with grand ideas of adventure, fame and fortune.

Not to be trusted and as fickle as the ocean around him. Halrach is the gorgeous exotic breed of animal that looks beautiful but will ultimately be deadly. Bright colors in nature are a warning you shouldn’t ignore.
