“I am terribly sorry to bother you, but might I ask for some assistance? I shall repay you in kind, most certainly.”

Place of Origin: Gladeveins, Viridian Labyrinth, Sornieth
Occupations Held: Ambassador
Current lair location(s): Central Rosette, Droseran Domain, Pox Consulate, Viridian Labyrinth, Sornieth
Physicality:
Quivetel was never an especially athletic dragon, but they weren't especially paltry either. They had good endurance for traversing by foot, but weren't especially fast. They were a competent flyer, but had little interest in long distance flights, so didn't build up their muscles to that end. That was really a lot of what it came down to; they had a naturally average body in terms of strength, flexibility, and general athleticism, but didn't exercise a great deal so it remained stagnant. Still, it was perfectly functional for what they required of it.
Personality:
Quivetel was clever and careful; not one to speak out of turn. He had a formal manner, and sought to present good etiquette to all. He was a generally genial fellow, and didn't so much begrudge the lowbrow, but did feel a degree of discomfort with it since it wasn't what he was used to conversing in turn with. Still, he meant well and hoped to inspire a degree of comfort in those around him. He had some trouble recognising his own potential to confuse and put others on the spot, as he felt that the laws of polite society were fairly clear and assumed all held it as a basic starting point. While he knew, really, that such was not the case, he had some trouble practically applying that knowledge when engaging with others.
History:
Quivetel was brought to the Domain by Pheredon and Marcidon during their campaign. This was during the most hatchling dense period the Domain had thus far known, so Quivetel rarely had a moment alone at The Nursery when he was younger, where he was raised as a greudence*. Quivetel got along well with most of the older hatchlings, but being constantly surrounded, prized his time alone as well. Since he was amongst the youngest, he became determined to act mature. In his attempts to do so, he tried to mimic the most formal behaviours he saw around the clan. Important dragons like those in the Founding Family, especially Medarel who held a certain worldly respectability in his actions.
While his behaviour became somewhat odd as a result, most of the generation he grew up around were pretty friendly and not the sort to hold it against him. He did have to avoid Mylene's attempts to challenge him to races, duels, and various other physical competitions, though. Not that she was motivated by his behaviour- she simply saw another wildclaw as certainly being somewhat similar to herself- though this was not in fact true. Quivetel never had the same interest in physical pursuits, preferring to read any books he could get his claws on. That wasn't a lot though, and in the meantime he had to prove his value to the clan to progress past being a mere Initiate.
Cerise already had plans to make most of his generation hunters, gatherers, fishers and the like, so he didn't have to put a lot of thought into it himself. He took most comfortably to foraging, bringing in a respectable if average collection from his outings. He found the work rather dull, and ultimately found himself growing lonely over the course of his adolescence. He was never hated, but didn't have any very close relationships either. He became somewhat melancholic, and dreamed of going beyond the Domain's borders and learning more about the rest of Sornieth. He never entertained such ideas with actual plans, because it was so clearly not in the cards. But it pleased him to think of such things, at least.
Current Situation:
Character Interaction:
- Mylene: Mylene, being the first wildclaw in the clan, was extremely excited with Quivetel came to the Domain. She thought she'd have a kindred spirit in them, and despite their being younger, always challenged them to games and races and even battles. She thought that even if they were slow to develop them, they were bound to have these same impulses somewhere deep down. She thought she could spark them, but it never went anywhere. They found her intimidating as a result, but never resented her. Ultimately when she grew up and gained a role in the clan as the local post dragon, she largely just lost interest in them. Thinking back when prompted, while Quivetel would remember, Mylene largely couldn't recall the relationship they'd had as hatchlings.
