Azazel

Originally from the same vampiric courts that Phanuel was received from, she was taken in by Haven and Zeeva after they gave up their firstborn. Azazel's many eyes earned her reverence, and she was elevated to the ranks of the blind quite quickly. Perhaps this is the only reason she gained the same disconnect from the world that is common among the blind. Perhaps she was offered up to the unknowable from the start, and perhaps the unknowable happily snapped her up.

Regardless of why she is the way she is, Azazel's many eyes leave her sensitive to many things, including that which others cannot see. They allowed her to realize that Johoel is her half-sister, and so she took her under her wing, leading to the little one growing into the role of a seer. However, the many eyes she possesses make her prone to overstimulation. It's a lot to see for one dragon.

Even with all the stimuli in the midst of the Commune's civil war causing her such fatigue, she still tries to cover up that Johoel's abilities are weakening. Should Johoel choose to rebel and leave with Liberute to find the sightless rebels, Azazel would only wish her well.
