Though Tawny wasn’t born a fae, he became one early enough to avoid many of the pitfalls that come with changing to such a tiny breed. Tawny had always felt much closer to his sire, and taking on a form so much like his assuaged some of the grief that followed his passing.

His early life was shaped by loss, but Tawny grew into a very sociable dragon, a personality that is well-suited to his current job aboard the Stormshore Express. Though it is primarily a cargo train, Tawny has been tasked with seeing to the comforts of the occasional handful of passengers. He flits between cars, making conversation and taking down requests for snacks or extra blankets.

When he isn’t with his customers, he is assessing and carrying out the other dozens of tasks required to keep the Express in working order. The conductor relies heavily upon Tawny to maintain efficiency. In his scant spare hours, Tawny scrawls notes about the birds that are frequently spotted along the route, fascinated by the myriad of shapes that wheel above the Shattered Plain.
