ABOUT

▾ A so-called "victim of circumstance" Ammonite was hatched with several physical deformities, making mobility challenging. Not willing to let this hold her back in life, she began to study and research prosthetics in the hopes that she could lead a more normal life with their aid.
Interest turned to obsession, and with time Ammonite had managed to craft herself a new leg as well as mechanical braces for her wings. Emboldened by her success, Ammonite pushed herself to create more options for dragons with disabilities. Unfortunately, during a particularly risky experiment, one of her projects exploded, badly damaging her jaw. Not one to be held back in life, Ammonite successfully reconstructed her jaw and has since put more thought and care into her safety procedures.
▾ While engineering is her occupation, history is her hobby. In times of burnout or when in need of a break Ammonite delights in the study of Sornieth's past. Occasionally aiding in archaeological expeditions when she has the time. Ammonite puts a great deal of importance on the pursuit of progress and the recognition of how far Sornieth has come.
