Nobody knows how someone like Angler managed to court Lady Sweetie. He's brash, selfish, violent and snobby. Many theorize she only keeps him around to deal with threats to the clan- as she's too pacifistic to deal with such things herself. This makes their relationship more of a business partnership than a healthy marriage.
Angler doesn't seem to understand just how wonderful his wife is, and has quickly become bored with her. Thus, he's gone out and found himself a mistress by the name of Missy- He's fully aware that she's also married, but he's pretty confident he can convince her to leave her significant other for him. He's really just that arrogant that he believes he can break others up by simply asking.
