Lisa, as in Frank. When I linked him asking for name suggestions, my partner said "he looks like someone ate a bunch of lisa frank merch and then vomited it up". And here we are.
Where does one even begin with Lisa? As a Mushelisk, it might be thought that his role in the clan would be assisting with the expansive orchards and gardens, but he was quickly banned from those parts of the clan's territory after he worked his Mischief, causing many plants and even mature trees to transmogrify into slugs or simply pick up and move elsewhere. While his magic was helpful prior to that with rapidly growing the plants and causing them to have more bountiful production than normal, the rest was a nuisance.
The magic from his blessing made him fast friends with some of the clan, namely Pelangi and Elsebor. He accompanies Pelangi around the clan's buildings, and happily assists with whatever the newest painting project is, using his greater size to speed the work along. In the evenings, he and his friend, Chatoyant, relax with Elsebor to entertain and delight anyone present, whether that's the matriarch, the newest hatchlings, or visiting Beastclan parties. Elsebor plays music, Chatoyant sometimes sings, and Lisa uses his favorite paintbrush combined with his blessing to literally paint creatures into being that dance along. He often has at least one of these creatures with him during the day. Left to his own devices, he tends to find unattended items in public or semi-public spaces and paint them to be more colorful. If that means your favorite incense bowl now resembles a frog, and in fact gets up and hops away the next time you try to use it, well. That's a Wimzard Mushelisk for you! His den space is a catastrophe of similar items and paint splatters, discarded brushes, and interesting (often glowing) plants that he's brought home and coaxed into taking root in whatever surface he places them on. |
