Biography
Eudia
For her entire life, Eudia has been underestimated for any number of factors — her size, her breed, the conditions of her hatching as a Foundling, her youth, her experience…Well, no more. Eudia has put her foot down, and taken charge of the situation.
Eudia, as a construction worker, takes care of many of the clan’s building projects. She works closely with Earth dragons like Shiro to move the land, and with more technically-minded dragons like Cadfael for the electronic installations, but she takes care of the actual building part almost entirely by herself. And she works hard and tirelessly, toiling away on her own to take care of what the clan needs.
And she’s fed up with being underestimated despite how hard she works. So Eudia refuses to tolerate it anymore. To make herself seem “bigger”, in terms of presence, Eudia has become loud and bold and crass and rude and, above all, bossy just in her attempts to be taken seriously by her clanmates. She’s lost all sense of volume control, and is now constantly yelling. She takes the lead on any and all construction projects, shouting out orders while carrying beams as big as she is and dragging her assigned helpers along with her.
Sometimes, the dragons of the clan regret pushing Eudia so hard as to have overhauled her personality so heavily. They look back on the meek and humble dragon that Eudia was as a hatchling, and miss those days. But then they look at all she’s accomplished now, leading the clan in lair expansions and den renovations, and they don’t feel as guilty.
But they have learned to thank her for her work, at the very least. And Eudia sincerely appreciates that.
