Biography
WIP -
Deep in the LabryinthIan woods, stuffed under the roots of a fallen fir tree, a very small lightning egg glowed an unnatural blue. Found by Alce, a forest-spirited pearlcatcher who was on her daily exploration, the egg was carefully carried and brought back to the official den of the clan. How a single lighting egg had found itself so deep within the Veridian Labyrinth was unknown, usually at this point in the Nature lands all eggs laid were of the nature crest. Even Tikkor, the Keeper of the Past, had no set explanation.
However it was all agreed upon that it should be tended and cared for, each dragon taking turns with the glowing blue egg. Polar the tundra with her naturally heated body took extra care to the egg, especially tending to sleep with it at night.
Some time passed, the egg taking much longer to hatch than normal. Some worried that maybe it would never hatch at all, for its apparent abandonment in the woods proving too much for the little hatchling to survive.
____
Hatch unceremoniously on the first of the year, heterochromia, etc.
Branch has heterochromia, meaning that one of his eyes is blue, the other green.
He is embarrassed by his Lightning eye, wishing to be "fully" Nature. He compensates by adorning himself with as much 'nature' as he can, concealing his appearance in any way he can. Notchwood is his home, and while no dragons doubt it, he never feels like it is enough.
