Emerald

The huntress of the clan. Emerald lurks in the shadows, keeping her distance from her clan mates. She is slowly opening up, attempting to make friends in the clan, but is having a difficult time. She is still emotionally recovering from her former life and all the traumas that came with it.

An ice dragon, Emerald has frost in her veins. To other mirrors she is nigh invisible, especially in the frosty tundra she used to call home. Her internal temperature is so cold that with every breath she takes, frost crystals form on the exhale, a trait envied by the other ice dragons of the clan. Even in this tropical forest, she is one of the only dragons who is consistently comfortable, her own magic sustaining her temperature so well that overheating clan mates will often seek her out to lay next to.

In her former life she was an assassin. Raised in a strict household with few privileges, Emerald was forced into training at a young age. She often worked herself until she bled but still that didn’t seem enough for her parents. Eventually they allowed her to go on assignments, where she took out her targets from a distance with her trusty crossbow. She is adept at moving silently, as even if she preferred targets who couldn’t see her, they could still hear her.
