These dragons originate in the region near the frozen sanctum, where ice magic is monitored and researched (according to lore). Their duties are to monitor the skies for cloud formations that foretell snow, ice, and frost, and to observe the changing winds that would bring winter storms and sudden freezes to the land.
Forecasters
Forecaster Dragons are a variant or relative of the Harbingers, and are mostly associated with the prediction of overnight frosts or freezes. They also have the ability to predict unexpected snowfalls, but are not quite as accurate as their more skilled cousins. There are a few more color variations associated with these variants.
