Boli was kicked out of his clan for not being 'productive' enough, playing with hatchlings instead of doing his job. He flew for miles until he heard the sound of wind chimes - the second best musical instrument, in his opinion - and flew down to investigate.

Boli is a very... odd dragon. Most of the clan thinks he's crazy, but his best friend Caeca thinks he's just a misunderstood genius. He prefers to spend most of his time with the hatchlings, who think he's the greatest thing since their hatchdays. Parents often use him as their go-to babysitter, and he always have a flock of dragonets following him around.
