"I don't see why I should see the "happiness" in the world when there's none to be seen." the Tundra grumbled, curling up close to her companion.

"If that true then why are you with me? Shouldn't I be just as ugly as this world?" the Skydancer smirked as she watched her beloved friend bristle in annoyance and rarely seen shyness.

"You're.....different. You....make things bearable. I don't want to lose you."

"Don't worry, you won't." the Skydancer sighed as she leaned against her friend with a warm smile on her face.

Another daughter of Luke, BlackRose is her opposite in every way. As a hatchling she used to be happy but when a virus broke out and killed her two older brothers, BlackRose shut down briefly. She tried to move on but her grief would not leave her and as a result, Ravenwing, her only surviving sibling bullied her relentlessly. This pushed the Tundra over the edge to the point where she ran away.

Unfortunately for her, BlackRose ran into a irate Wildclaw who was content to chew and claw at her until help arrived. Castor was able to save her but the young dragon was left with many scars and she withdrew even further into herself and became even more jaded to the world. Now BlackRose has little time for her Clan and only speaks when it is necessary, this has lead to her voice permanently becoming hoarse from disuse. Every since her defeat, BlackRose has trained hard to never lose another battle and is one of the Clan's top fighters.

BlackRose rarely deals with anyone and as such she has very few friends in the Clan, though she really couldn't care less. She prefers her own company and often when moving lags behind the back of the group with her head down. Castor often tries to make her see that the world isn't as bad as it seems but BlackRose doesn't listen for long.

One day during their stay at the Shifting Expanse, BlackRose went out to train and was met by a female Skydancer attempting to get her attention. The Tundra ignored her and continued on with her training until the Skydancer headbutted her and pinned her helpless to the ground.

No one had ever managed to knock her down and the Skydancer simply laughed before letting the Tundra up and introducing herself as Senri. Still stunned by what happened, BlackRsoe allowed herself to talk to this dragon and found herself slowly opening up to her. Senri was sympathetic to her life and even shared a few of views but was a lot more cheerful then BlackRose could ever be.

After speaking with Senri multiple times, BlackRose found herself getting closer and closer to her until she asked the Skydancer to come with her when it was time to leave. Later that day, BlackRose introduced Senri to the rest of the Clan with the added bonus that the Skydancer was her mate.

BlackRose works as a fighter for the Clan but also as a bodyguard to Senri and Castor, though mostly Senri. The Skydancer is the only one BlackRose will have a extended conversation with, although she is cordial to Castor. Senri is strictly the only dragon that BlackRose will show any open affection or kindness for, and she would defend Senri with her life if ever the Skydancer is threatened.
