"My body is forever stained with the blood of my enemies. But I did it to protect you, isn't that what you wanted? I kept you safe for so long, the red on my scales is prove of that, aren't you glad? I put myself through hell for you, isn't that a good thing?! Why would you kill me?!"

Shiva was brought to the clan when Huttser found her milling about on the edge of the Sunbeam Ruins. She didn't seem to know where she was and she dehydrated and starving. Shiva was pacing around, muttering to herself and laughing darkly. Tsukasa was assigned to look after her and while tense and skittish, Shiva was relatively docile. The two had formed a bond over the short time Shiva had arrived to the clan.

However whenever Tsukasa was away Shiva would lose her mind, causing fights over simple matters and clawing at herself, all while raving wildly why "they" wanted to kill her for protecting them. However before she was kicked out, Tsukasa vouched for her and said she would look after her. Luke reluctantly agreed to this but warned Tsukasa that if anything should happen, Shiva was gone.

It was revealed that Shiva used to have a clan that she was highly protective of and fought and killed anyone who threatened them, leaving her forever stained with her enemies' blood. Yet one day, her clan grew fearful of her strength and tried to kill her. They failed yet gave Shiva a head injury that caused horrible brain damage. She suffers from terrible fits of violence and insanity but doesn't remember anything that happens afterwards.

The whole clan is wary of Shiva due to this but it seems having Tsukasa around her helps to keep her calm and her fits happen a lot less when the Pearlcatcher is nearby. When Tsukasa is away, Shiva acts very much like a sad puppy, wandering around and calling for her until she arrives. Tsukasa tries hard to spend as much time as she can with her mate but duties keep her busy.

Luckily, some of the clan is starting to come around towards Shiva, namely Frostberry. The ex-warrior teaches the Imp how to care how for eggs and even lets her watch hatchlings for brief periods.

Although she isn't allowed to be much due to her issuses, Shiva is a great fighter and often spars with Tsukasa and BlackRose who are the only ones cabale of taking her heavy hits. Shiva will only listen to Tsukasa and Frostberry, though she must be coerced in the Wildclaw's case, so she can only fight if they are present but no one doubts her strength.
