Poodle

Probably the humming-est of dragons even among the coatls of Athaza, Poodle is a cheery but somewhat absent-minded coatl, prone to losing himself in whatever he is doing as he melodically hums in tune with his feelings. It is quite a prodigious effort for him to hold himself silent. Some dragons are annoyed by his virtually constant humming, but he genuinely doesn't mean to affect others with his noises. It's just a sort of continual talking to himself that helps him think aloud, so to speak.

He speaks common Draconic less commonly than most Athazans, and with a bit of an accent flavoring it when he does. He has more of a knack for imitating non-speech noises than most dragons, however, as well as music composition, and has also worked hard to learn to better interpret the cryptic Fae speech and body language. All in all he is one of the most genuinely multilingual dragons in Athaza for all that he doesn't often communicate with words.

His red eyes are more nearsighted and light-sensitive than most dragons' after all the hours they've spent peering closely at the projects he pursues indoors. His quick and accurate reflexes and intricate detail work in whatever activity he is currently absorbed in are the envy of many dragons, however, as are his clever little sharp-honed claws with their fine-tuned fine motor skills.
