Biography

"The stars come to me. They are beautiful."

The Coatl preened her feathers. She was light itself, and in her plumage lay not sickness, but light of Ilúvatar. Of course, she was aware of this.

None knew why she came to lay in the Valkyrie, of all Clans, a Clan of war and bloodshed. The Coatl was quickly revered by the Coatls in a serene low bow, and even those of the draconic tongue recognized her. Called Elbereth by those who speak in hisses, Varda was neither proud nor humble, and chose to flit between the lines.

She admires the stars at night, and reincarnated into a younger Coatl body, still shows her love for all the dragons, and is found near them, making little stars and tiny shows of constellations.

Valar

Varda- Vala of the Stars, called Varda in Draconic, but Elbereth in Coatl ((yES THE COATL ARE ELVES))

A star descended upon the Valkyrie, one night, as they were alerted by Slynkeus. Kensa charged to the fallen celestial body, obviously curious as to what it held, accompanied only by Skollyoth. The contents spilled out, and a baby Coatl hatchling fell out, crying out loudly. Her telepathy was strong, as it echoed in all their minds, a deafening screech.

The den mother Sevanezth was the first to run out and nuzzle the little darling, rubbing her snout on the Coatl's belly to calm her. Kensa looked up towards the stars, evidently suspicious. She was proven to be Erghek's sister, of close relations, but he can't exactly explain either how she came to the stars.

Kensa named her Varda, the queen of the stars, of whose beauty was immeasurable. And sure enough, Varda grew up to be one of the prettier dragons of the Valkyrie with an ethereal beauty she held, veiled by night.

In combat, Varda uses the powers of shadow and ice, engulfing her opponents in a terrible shroud of darkness to blind them. However, there is hardly any fight that requires her, and she sits at night, admiring the stars and adding more to them. Occasionally, her daughter accompanies her, helping to weave patterns and adding color to them.
