Biography
- father (plague out of fire parents, but raised fire he just happened to be born in the wasteland)
- mother (born to a clan of tidelord-created waterborns living in the wasteland, born around the time the dawn war was ended)
- born a year or two after the imperial laws were first set in place - among the first generation to be raised in the 'new' ruins
- parents were both some type of reasonably well-off merchants? or like bankers maybe? they had enough money to sign sothyros up for the marble quarter college, regardless, and she was sent away to it at a young age
- had business in the northern Sea region and hired cain as a bodyguard while she was there
- struck with his cleverness but noting his lack of direction and ability to be peer pressured, she offered to take him back to the ruins and get him into the college/inquisition
- always had a soft spot for cain
- thinks he's a fool but still
- cannot believe that he's cleaned up his act as well as he had
- she's apart of the emperor division of the inquisitors but SPECIFICALLY on the business bit
- like she's never actually worked in the field (she does aftermath paperwork)
- and she's a professor that works in the college to teach other dragons how to do it
- to be sunstruck is to spend to much time in the presence of the lady of the light - the dazzle of beholding her set too deep, damaging the eye. without proper time to heal, the damage is permanent
- is mostly blind from spending too much time at court, and had to retire due to not being able to do paper work anymore (and since the lightweaver is bright enough post-war that it would 100% finish her off)
- retired to virulent for the sake of helping out cain set up a inquisitor division out there
