Arzhur is, above all else, a dragon loyal to his goddess, the great Shadowbinder. He is, secondly above all, a dragon who much prefers actions over words. He prefers to put things into motion and get them done rather than chitchat about his plans. One who is too open with his plans is one who destroys them, in Arzhur's worldview. If he says more than a few gruff words to you, you know you've earned his respect.

Arzhur is a very powerful dragon, magically, physically, and politically. Inside the Tangled Wood he is known as one of the realm's most focused and driven warriors, letting nothing stand in his way. There are whispers that he has direct communion with the Shadowbinder herself, though these remain rumors, for now. It is known for fact, however, that his will is aligned to his goddess'. It is also known that the brambles have a tendency to ensnare those who interfere with said wills, never to free their captives.
