Wind inborn • Nature aligned
Summer air, enriched with the salty breen of the ocean and the earthy scent of the loamy tilled soil, blows by in a soft embrace enhancing the welcoming feeling of the small plot laying before you. Stalks grow faithfully from the tended soil, speckled with hues of golden amber and striking white heads of wheat rippling clamly in the light cooling breeze, each wave sending out a serene and peaceful energy. This tiny plot stands between the bouders of a shimmering sea and a quiet woodland, accompanied by a tiny shack adorned with drying harvests and delicate decorations lining it's shaded windows and creaky door. Two bright and sunny dragons are sifting soft sand down an embankment just off from the house, seeking to find unique shells and sea glass for their next project.

When the two dragons first took up home here they came across a little bit of trouble when building their humble garden. At first they hadn't realised that the sandy soil was leeching away the water from their crops and so they would fail, drying up before they could grow more than an inch in height. It took a little while to finally get a good watering routine established and they were so happy. The first few fresh sprouts began to grow lush and green! But one day they came out to water their garden when they found their crops had mysteriously disappeared. A small flock of basilisks had been been coming back every morning to eat the delicious green shoots. Radiance solved this problem by waking early each morning just as sunrise came upon the horizon to spread some feeds and vegetable scraps for the hungry flock. Soon he had befriended the basilisks, creating a small coop to keep them safe once they decided to hang around the area instead of retreating back into the Forest. In turn the flock began to eat the pests that might threaten the wheat harvests in spring, summer, and autumn.

Although their namesake is one of their biggest harvests during the summer season it's not all the Wheat Weaver's are known to cultivate; their land includes humble patches of red and white strawberry bushes, turnips, peppers, and a larger section of carrots that is worked together by many dragons.
Each family owns their own variations of vegetables or fruit and showcase their specialty during the Summer Festival which is celebrated on the first night of the Summer Harvest. It's a small festival decorated by glowing string lights and garlands made of weaved sticks and leaves. Wheat Weavers dress up in their best wears and adorn themselves with their specialty harvests and create their own headwear from wild forage such as flowers and branches.
On the first night of the Summer harvest the Wheat Weavers celebrate with a small festival and decorate their homes with stringed lightsand garlands made of weaved sticks, ivy, and flowers. A great feast is prepared with the fresh harvests with each family contributing their portion and the rest is left to be dried by the scorching summer sun to later be processed along with the large harvests of wheat and usually put aside for autumnal bread or teas. With the next harvests serving as Summer's fresh bounty.
Cultivator's Wears:
The general cultivators are the life force of the Wheat Weaver clan, working hard in the fields for long house they choose to proudly show off their main crop; the sturdy carrot. Although it's not the most rare crop it is the harvest that sustains the clan throughout the whole year and not just in summer, with the seeds being cheap and the harvest plenty it's no wonder this plant is an integral part of the crop planning for the year. These dragons don't like to spend their valuable treasure on fancy garments, and prefer to wear something more humble perhaps a reflection of their favourite crop.

Prestegious Cultivator's Wears:
A subset of the Wheat Weaver's clan, the prestegious cultivators are seen more as gardeners who dabble and potter around with small volumns of crops. They wear glamourous garments comprising of soft silks with intricate stitching or dyed cottons with decorative embroidery to show off their wealth and not just their rare and hard to grow harvests. Some have even enticed a new species of bird to nest over the summer by growing the bird's favourite foods in their garden patch.
