Corusco is the historian and book keeper of the clan. A nosy, curious and often pushy young dragon, she's tasked herself to find the real appearances and locations of the ancient flight ambassadors, and is the only one with access to forbidden knowledge that she totally didn't steal. But in having that knowledge, and while slowly piecing together those clues, has begun being accosted by strange, painful, and.. inky.. visions.

Corusco was born a light skydancer, but was adopted into the water flight by her mother. Growing up and hearing fantastical tales of Unda, their very own water ambassador, or Tenebris, the gloomy and frightening shadow ambassador, fueled her interest in history and mythology.

“No… that can’t be it,” she muttered to herself. She compared her sketch to the map of Sornieth once again. This place, which had come to her in a dream, was one of the keys to finding them. Of that, she was certain. She rubbed mindlessly at the black spot that had appeared on her forearm a few days before.

Eleven flights. Eleven Ancients. Eleven ambassadors.

Stacked in the corner of her desk were the ten other sketches she had made. It wasn’t long after she had collected the forbidden materials that these visions… had begun to accost her. Lately, however, they had started to become more intense. At first, her dreams consisted of specific places; never the same one twice. As she continued to study what little information she had, something changed. Like a pot of spilled ink spreading across paper, a shadowy presence had begun to infect her dreams.

Every night, she tossed and turned as her spirit was dragged through the memories of those who had walked before her. She thought she could hear voices calling out to her – begging her to find them, only to be overridden by the cold, callous laugh of another.

She would be the one to find them, she swore to herself. She had to. Before it was too late.
