He sighed, longing for more as he fidgeted the die he took from home in his talons.

A shadow over casted the small dragonet, catching him off-guard.

' ' Who are you? I don't recognize you and I doubt Lavenza or Ryder has ever mentioned you. ' '

He turned, sorta dazed from the sunlight as he spoke.

' ~ Madi- Madigan. That's my name, I'd prefer Madi though, ~ '

' ' My name is Avni! ...Madi.. are you lost? Or do you need help? ' '

He nodded,

' ~ I.. I need a home. I don't have any parents, I don't have anyone actually.. ~ '

The dragonet whom he realized was the 'sunlight' he saw had pure yellow and acid like green color spreading across their body.

' ' Oh.. I am so sorry to hear that, we don't have much now- but I'm sure the others won't mind taking you in until one of the higher ups have been notified of you! ' '

Madi froze.

Higher ups? What would they be like? Would they judge him, insult him, or even harm him?

It seemed as if Avni could read his mind as she spoke.

' ' D-don't worry! The higher ups won't do anything, they just need to be notified to see if any clan would claim you.

We typically take in a lot of stranded or lost dragons, so don't be afraid.

Avni handed him a vial, it had a green like liquid inside with a swirly like layering.

' ' This is a vial of healing, the side effects are close to none. If it does it's job, would you believe me then? ' '
