The Nature delegation to the Dreadwing is a relatively new arrival, one that shares the outer passages with the Plague envoy only with wary avoidance. Hollybranch, its leader, aims to both forge relationships with the dragons who come and go and to press for understanding with dragons of flame. It isn't that she's trying (or even authorized) to create any new and official alliance; but mutual understanding and outreach is always, in her mind, a noble goal.

Of particular interest is the mineral-rich ash beneath the Fumeroles. While toxic, it's understood that some plants can nonetheless not only tolerate the conditions but thrive there. This soil is wonderful for natural growth, and that in turn (as she tries to explain to the fire dragons) is good for bringing prey, as well. A thriving ecosystem could flourish here, and she sees it as a gesture of goodwill and a benefit to all the world to aid in this massive endeavor. The fire dragons do not share her enthusiasm, or even interest, but they graciously tolerate her envoy's presence nonetheless.

Recently, Hollybranch has formed an unlikely but strong friendship with the Plague Gaoler in the outer passages, Rot. Their relationship, now extending to the romantic, is the subject of frequent and amused jokes about the irony of a plague and nature dragon falling in love—in particular in the scorched Waste. Holly doesn't mind the jokes, so long as they don't distract from her party's work.
