Hapi

Hapi and zir partner Wadjet come from a distant kingdom, deep in the Sandswept Delta, where they were worshiped as gods by the local populace. Despite the power they held, neither wanted their children to be deified as they were. After discovering that Wadjet was to lay her first clutch, they made the journey to the nearby Sunbeam Ruins over many weeks, and were exhausted upon arrival. Luckily for them, Teddy took them in, and they have grown to be respected by the clan, even if they're unaware of the outsiders' true nature.
Hapi has a strong affinity with water, which lead to zir becoming what the clan likes to call 'Water-Collector-in-Chief'. Ze is a placid individual, and the clan have yet to see zir become angry (a pastime reserved for Wadjet) When not carrying out zir duties, Hapi enjoys teaching the hatchlings the hymns of zir homeland:

Lightmaker who comes from the dark
Fattener of herds
Might that fashions all
None can live without zir
People are clothed with the flax of zir fields
Thou makest all the land to drink unceasingly, as thou descendest on thy way from the heavens.
