Luna is one of the few plague dragons in the clan - as most are either too dangerous (by contagion means) or outright vicious. Luna, however, is neither - though his personality leaves most other dragons confused.

See, Luna is quiet and keeps to himself for the majority of his day. He stands like a statue for most of the day, giving way to movement after most dragons have gone to sleep. He patrols the borders of the clan's territory with Siavash once in a blue moon, though he keeps to himself and because of this, most of Virin has yet to really get to know Luna.

He has taken a particular interest in Vaskas, a water dragon that has been with the clan since it's very beginning. Seeing that she is nocturnal, perhaps this is the reason for his late night activity.

Luna had been plagued by a mutated skin condition allowing for bone like scales to grow over his skin, creating armor - it was a nuisance because of how painful it was for him, often leaving him lair-ridden for days. however this mutation had an advantage - it was impenetrable where it grew, and could be forced to grow at will with some...encouragement.

The broken city changed that though, somehow repairing Lunas DNA and cleansing the mutation, removing Lunas ability to call upon the scales at will, and eventually (with combat and time) losing the remaining ones he had. What was once a heavy, strength-focused dragon now stood a sleek and agile one, and with more confidence as well. For without his scales, he did not have his episodes - his mind was sharp and clear, allowing for more precision, thought, and speed.

He still stays completely still during the day, and still allows the hatchlings to hide behind him when another teases them. He still watches Vaskas, though it seems he might draw up either courage or will-power to meet her soon enough.

And now he has made a friend, Galeru - one of the Imperials that the clan managed to free from one of the cities "contraptions".
