CITIZEN A Nocturne with an interesting forest look despite his Shadow Element, Ashton is a Citizen of the Clan. He shares his den with Sylvie, the Head Scholar, but is often seen hanging around Belrosdarth and his Warriors. So much so that Ashton was given his own bow, equipped with some arrows of course, and can be found practicing with it in the Warriors area. |
BACKGROUND
Ashton was one of the 3 eggs that Archibald and Bloodjade carried into the Clan, alongside Circe and Icarus, and Ashton was hatched as a Pearlcatcher, and has his Pearl stashed away safely in his den. As a young Pearlcatcher, Ashton was very curious about his surroundings. Often venturing out of the nursey to explore the grove without permission or an adult to watch him.
One fateful day, or night depending on how you look at it, Ashton wandered out of the Nursery unnoticed by the caretakers and siblings and got very far before the workers realized he was gone. Ashton watched as the Foragers were placing items in the hoard of the clan, and this included chests that seemed to be alive, how strange. It piqued his interest, and he snuck into the place unnoticed.
Getting around the foragers was difficult, hiding in the heaping pile of items in order to not be seen. Ashton watched as Adrumedal opened up one of these unusual chests, emptying out it's insides and letting the chest turn into dust. As she walked away Ashton could hear his caretakers call out for his name, pursuing him. As fast as his little talons could take him, his curiosity for what was inside these chests overtook his thoughts about getting in trouble.
Searching through the pile, he found an oddly placed scroll. His interest was too great at this point, Ashton had to know what these chests were, and the scroll had to tell him, that's what scrolls are for right? Ashton was incorrect at that time. What he opened was a Breed Change Scroll, and the light from it's magic led his caretakers right to him. Right to a new Nocturne dragon with it's old Pearl.
Ashton got in big trouble that day, and earned his reputation as a trickster Shadow Dragon, and was not allowed to become a Forager due to Quidlin not being able to trust him. Go figure.

ABOUT ME
Ashton has trained very hard and is very skilled with his Bow. He keeps a Vial of what is seemingly poison on him at all times, that's probably what it is. We hope.
If not hanging with Sylvie or training with his bow in the Warrior's area, Ashton can likely be found in the Tea Shop, talking with his siblings. Ashton sometimes even be found taking orders for Circe when she's just not feeling it.
