Midori had always been a quiet child, rarely speaking unless he deemed it necessary. Midori has had a gift since birth that only made itself known as a child. He could sense the presence of spirits, dragons whom had passed or lesser gods. He watched his parents carefully as he grew, tuning himself to his fathers spiritual power and presence. Midori knew his father lingered, waiting around until the next rainfall- he could only sense it but he needed to learn from a master. He knew he had to leave, journey to a far land with those more Intune with gods and spirits.

He left soon after Kasumi's departure, determined to find a bridge between his father and mother. He knew he could train to do it, knowing its the best possible thing he could do for his family. He loved them all, wanting nothing more than to make his mother her happy self again. She used to tell stories of her adventures before meeting Petrichor, then they became romantic as she talked about their beginning. Midori wanted it back and that's just what he would do.
