- sets up in a half broke down tower outside of town
- goes all in on the aesthetic in traditional aether manner but is trying to portray himself as like. the stardew valley wizard
- has the weirdest relationship with pickering and leavitt. from their perspective, he has not clocked that they're mad at him for eating some of their observational notes. on the other hand he has relatives on a literal space station so the shared enthusiasm for space has smoothed over a lot of ills
- town council does not know what to do with him. feels like you should do something about a rando who moves into town proclaiming himself to be a wizard and then doing 0 functional spells. but like. he's not actually harmful. so they don't do anything
- again. just to emphasize. is the most grandiose caricature of magic user but does like. 0 real magic
- all his spells are for like. turning your spaghetti noodles hard again
- could drive ethera up a wall if she ever meets him bc maybe the magic he's doing is actually really hard it's just bizarrely applied. to turning all your spaghetti noodles hard again. so he can have fun reboiling them
- generally well-loved by folks. weirdly good relationship with elise since he loves the idea of having weird teas, so elise can try out all sort of stuff on him that the rest of the town wont always go for.
