Biography
──────────✽──────────
Unlike the rest of his family, Lothar struggled to fly properly. Though the reason remained a mystery, some whispered it was the weight of the crystal stones that adorned his wings, while others speculated about a lack of motivation after failing repeatedly in his attempts to soar through the heavens. Whatever the cause, Lothar decided to abandon his dreams of flight and seek solace in his home, far away from the prying eyes of his kin. Days turned into months, and months into years, as Lothar lived a life of quiet solitude. Yet, deep within, he yearned for something more. It was during these periods of listlessness that Lothar discovered a newfound passion for sewing and designing clothing. With nimble claws and a keen eye for detail, he began creating garments that were unlike anything the realm had ever seen. But pursuing his newfound passion came at a cost. Lothar constantly risked his life in search of unique dyes. Journeying to treacherous lands, he sought out rare flowers, vibrant minerals, and elusive creatures, all in the pursuit of creating the perfect hues for his designs. Each daring adventure was a testament to his unwavering dedication and unyielding spirit. Word of Lothar's incredible talent spread like wildfire, catching the attention of dragons near and far. His unique creations became highly sought after, and soon he decided to set up shop in a bustling market square. However, little did he know that this decision would bring forth both adversity and unexpected friendships. Soon, a rival designer emerged, someone with a passion for fashion but lacking the same level of creativity and dedication that Lothar possessed. This rival, consumed by envy and a burning desire to outshine Lothar, resorted to sabotage. Lothar's store was vandalized, his works damaged, and his reputation threatened. Yet, through it all, Lothar persevered, refusing to give up on his dreams. In a strange twist of fate, Lothar's rival and he discovered their competitive natures had inadvertently bred an unexpected companionship. They realized that their true strength lay in collaborating rather than working against each other. Their rivalry turned into a deep friendship, founded on mutual respect and shared love for their craft. However, tragedy struck one fateful day when a mysterious figure burned all the threads and fabrics in Lothar's friend's store. Devastated, Lothar's friend, unable to bear the weight of their shattered dreams, quit the fashion industry. The loss hit Lothar hard, leaving him feeling both heartbroken and determined to carry on their legacy. Now, Lothar continues to create magnificent designs, adapting his friend's unique clothing style into his works on occasion. It serves as a constant reminder of the bond they shared and the resilience they both possessed. Though filled with bittersweet memories, Lothar's determination to make his mark in the fashion world remains unwavering, proving that even a dragon who couldn't fly could soar in his own extraordinary way. |
