8a6TOhn.gif A Nocturne in a Light clan, Moira often feels a bit out of place. She prefers to sleep during the day, but has grown to mimic her clan mates and now usually sleeps at night. However, Moira suffers from narcolepsy and can fall asleep suddenly when she experiences strong emotions. During these short periods of sleep she has visions of the future and past.

Moira's sarcasm and attitude can come off as mean, and her bad temper means that she has few friends in the Clan. Since she keeps to herself not many dragons know anything about her.

She was found as an Ice egg at the clan's boundary. No one knows how she got there or who her parents are. Moira has never gotten over the death of her first mate, Oliver. She has no love for her current mate Edwin.

Moira is a self-taught ice witch, or so she likes to think. She does have a talent for magic though, and is considering training to fight in the coliseum. Fleur is wary of her growing powers, even though Moira has no desire to lead the clan. Moira's gift of foresight is stronger in her daughter, Aquila, who receives training from both Moira and Fleur, though Moira does everything she can to keep Fleur's claws off of Aquila.
