Harkon was born an Arcane dragon, but while traveling through the thorny snares of the Tangled Wood, something changed. The vines wrapped around him as though embracing him. He was able to see creatures that only Shadow dragons could perceive. He grew to love the dark glades and twisting brambles, the comfort of night and the unseen laughter amid the trees. It seems the Shadowbinder took a special interest in him.

Harkon joined the clan of Gloom and fully embraced the Shadow. Now, he patrols the labyrinth of twisted brambles surrounding the clan's territory, keeping watch and ever following the Tangled Wood's dancing shadows.
