Introduction:
Jisa is the founder and current Clan Leader of The Flightmeld Clan.
She has a strong fascination with all the different practices and interests that can be found among dragons of different breeds and types, and even the beastclans. Jisa enjoys nothing more than learning fascinating new tidbits of another sapient's culture or hobbies. Before her clans founding, she spent many years flitting from clan to clan, learning the ways and practices. This has granted her a unique perspective that gives her a wing up leading the mixing pot that is The Flightmeld Clan.

Personality and Interactions:
When not performing her duties as Clan Leader, Jisa is endlessly enthusiastic, outgoing and curious, happily chatting with any and all sapients about whatever they find interesting. She is shy about no topic and will happily discuss topics that a different sapient might find embarrassing or disturbing.
She's just as happy to speak to a Mith or Harpy as she is to speak to a dragon. If it has a language, she will find a way to speak to it. As long as she's learning something new, she is endlessly enthralled.

apprentice 		Expressiveness:
Dragons of other breeds often find themselves surprised when speaking with Jisa, as she's a far cry from other Fae dragons in terms of expressiveness. They'll find her tiny snout grinning and frowning, eyes wide and squinting, her entire face mobile and expressive to the limits of her biology. The same can be said of her tone of voice, which can range from excited to angry, playful to serious, expressing a full range of emotion and feeling. She's even rather good at singing.
Some might think her expressiveness is a natural talent, but the truth is she's gained this ability through countless hours of practice, and a willingness to boldly ask for help from dragons and beasts of all different species. The observant may notice how her mannerisms change as she speaks to different sapients, always tailoring themselves to be naturally understood by the individual in question. She will meld and blend these mannerisms as she speaks to groups.
Naturally, Jisa has fully overcome the difficulty of reading emotions of others that don't have an expressive crest, and has become adept as reading the tone of voice, facial expressions, and other tells.

Clan Leader:
Jisa is a well respected clan leader known for having an even claw, the strength necessary to lead, and a good track record on her decisions. Her wide understanding of cultures, and ability to tailor her tone and expressions has made her quite popular. Those not inspired by words tend to be satisfied by her displays of magical might and expertise.
