GrimSlayer is a mysterious and mischievous dragon, one of the many children LightningSong has had. GrimSlayer isn't known for much, actually he's quite lazy and hasn't really done much to help his clan. Despite this, he is loyal to them. He would never leave his clan, and if anything happened, he'd be there for them. But one day, GrimSlayer meets a beautiful new dragon from outside the clan. She, like him, is mysterious and mischievous, and there's something about her that GrimSlayer cannot resist. After an ambush on his clan takes place, he runs off to keep his mate safe. He feels bad about leaving his clan behind, but he needs to make sure these strange dragons never hurt the one he truly loves. Eventually, GrimSlayer comes back, WITH his new mate, while the clan is out on a hunting mission for the two strangers. When they come back, he surprises them. He has returned to the clan, with a new member, but at what cost?
