Greetings. My name is Bri. Here's a bit about me and my lair.

Who I Am:
I thrive longingly among my friends, who are my true family. I'm queer, and I accept anyone else who is part of the LGBTQ++ community. I'm an artist, a story creator, and a good friend to those I love the most. I can be quirky or calm, depending on the mood. It's nice to meet you all!

My time in flight rising is... well, a lot. I tend to roam around the site, greeting other people (usually other lightning members) or ambushing enemies in the coliseum. I also tend to breed my dragons, create stories, get achievements and so much more! I'm active from time to time: I've gotten away from Flight Rising for a bit, but I occasionally come back to see updates and take care of my dragons. The stuff below this section is quite old now, but it's still stuck in my heart, especially the stories of these wonderful dragons that have been a part of my Flight Rising experience for years now.
If anyone has the time, check out my friends, Hortense & LovatheElder's lairs! I got them into Flight Rising and they seem to love it.

LightningSong is my main dragon, as well as a few others which help her protect and lead her clan. My main characters/dragons will be given outfits, familiars, be on the coliseum team, etc.
My side characters will be given familiars, but that's about it. They're normal dragons and/or ancient dragons. Normal dragons have a chance at being exalted, while ancients will stay with me no matter what. (Unless i need room, or plan to sell their children.)

The Storm Clan

The Storm Clan is a lightning clan with warrior abilities. Unlike some lightning clans, The Storm Clan is focused on peace and protecting others like a true warrior would. They have hearts, but also wit and morals, and will fight to the death no matter what happens. My dragons are prepared to battle at any cost, and protect any dragon they think is worth protecting, or any dragon who NEEDS it.

The Story Begins...
Each of my dragons will have their own "diary pages", as well as what they prefer to say and/or will have things that I plan to buy for them.

The story begins with ShadowCatcher, BrightLight, DarkHeart and Sparkheart. My first gen dragons have recently had two hatclings; DustyStone and FireSong, who later I rename to LightningSong.
One day on the coliseum patrol, BrightLight kills an Embermouse, who had been holding a shadow dragon egg; In that egg hatches LostShadow.
StarSlash joins later on, among him was TallGrass, an ancient dragon and his mate, Breezewind. Breezewind eventually gets exalted, but dies during a dominance battle against the beastclans. She leaves her hatchlings behind with Tallgrass, who eventually find their own ways in the world, away from the storm clan.
Many other dragons come in and out of the clan; This includes SmokeBreather and Moritifia, who stay and become main members of the clan, along with CloudWhisper and Snakefang. Then GrayJade, who becomes close friends with LightningSong.
A battle between the beastclans and the storm clan suddenly happens, and Lightningsong- who Tallgrass and Moritifa both foresaw- is the chosen one to chase away the beastclan warriors.

The clan is saved, and there is once again peace, and dragons continue to come in and out. Shadowcatcher gives his leader role to his daughter, proudly, and LightningSong now leads her clan safely.

After the first prophecy, a second one comes to rule. This involves Magmablood, Son of Lightningsong, and SongBird (named after another SongBird) his sister, as well as their friend GlitteringStar. Magmablood witnesses a murder of a guardian dragon, who is killed by a cloaked, mysterious "killer shadow." (Check down below for Morphology)
Magmablood, SongBird and Glitteringstar are left to save their clan from a potential threat, and eventually reach the killer shadow and kill him, as he refuses to stop his murderous ways.

Then, the third prophecy. This involves Twigtail, apprentice to Lightningsong, Lightningsongs' other son Stonekeeper, their friend Madigan, and a new member of the clan- Swallowtail. Swallowtail has left a past behind her, and three new dragons (Check down below for Morphologys) want to send Swallowtail back. They know she belonged to another clan, and they don't trust her being on the land of lightning, also known as the Shifting Expanse. These dragons are a powerful, secret corporation that are against Stormcatcher's laws. As the leader, Delira, tries to get Twigtail to join her, Stonekeeper and Madigan are left to discover a new truth, a dangerous truth, and to save Swallowtail and Twigtail. Eventually, Delira is killed by Lightningsong, who finds out about the secret corporation and the fact that she was manipulating Twigtail. Twigtail, who had been in a trance to do evil things, was finally free. The other mysterious dragons run off, and are never seen again. Twigtail now works on magic, trying to hex herself to be ammune to hypnotising spells, while Stonekeeper looks after a book that Delira had, and Madigan now flirts- crushes- with Swallowtail, who becomes a main member to prove herself worthy of being in the clan.

The Fourth Prophecy has now been given to Moritifia. A fire will blaze from the hearts of two outsiders (Check Morphology's) ln revenge for their murdered leader. Dangers will rise, and a band of young dragons must stop them, once and for all. This begins with Secret, who- like Magmablood before her- witnesses something. She doesn't see murder, not exactly, but she notices two strange dragons lurking outside the clans territory. Secret keeps this a secret for a little. The dragons don't SEEM to hold a threat, until they attack.
An ambush suddenly happens a few days later, and BleedingSky is injured. His brother, ThunderStorm, has a close connection to BleedingSky, and can feel his brothers pain. Enraged, he murders an unknown dragon who was an innocent bystander of the sudden ambush. ThunderStorm realizes what he did, stays low and sticks with his injured brother, who is struggling to understand what had happened.
Secret is killed in a rage of fury, and dragons mourn her loss, but there wasn't much time to grieve.
GrimSlayer, another of LightningSongs sons, decides to vanish mysteriously after doing something suspicious: before the ambush, he would head out at night. Who knows why? Nobody dared to follow him.
Meanwhile, WarriorsCall (also known as Warrior) and her friend, StormSight, go out to follow the ambushers. When Warrior finds out that these ambushers had come from a secret organization (see the third prophecy) she realizes she has to kill them, or they will attack again and again. StormSight becomes her side kick, and as they follow the dragons; Zeus & Zay, they are greeted by a dragon named Agrotto (Check Morphologys below). She tells them that Zeus and Zay have been hiding in a secret cave on the coast of the Nature Border. Warrior had followed for them days, and at last she has found their hideout, which was probably created when Zeus and Zay were kicked out of the Shifting Expanse. In the end, Warrior kills Zeus, and Zay begs for forgiveness, but the rest of the clan comes to Warriors aid at that moment, and Warrior knows in her heart that Zay is a liar. She kills him as well, in revenge for BleedingSky's injury (who is permenantly disabled; Crippled foot) and ThunderStorms anger. Warrior is given the "warrior" rank by LightningSong, and there is peace once more.
As the clan returns home, they meet GrimSlayer, who in return has a mate with him. Her name is Sapphire. She becomes a member of the clan. But there's something mysterious about her. Can she be trusted? Who is she, and where did she come from? Nobody knows for sure. But there is peace, and that is all that matters.

NEW
The Fifth Prophecy is a tad different from the others. This isn't about enemies fighting enemies, or warriors becoming stronger by the moment of their destiny. This prophecy is where peace will rise to bring a new light. Delivered to Moritifia, it begins: "See the stars, follow the sun, hear the call of lightning drum. Bring peace, the light and word, they'll be free to explore the world." As a new set of dragons rise, another set are trapped somewhere with no hope and no freedom. They are used against their will, stuck playing as simple and pathetic pets, used for farming and killing and other terrible things, when a dragon should be a dragon, not someone's toy. This so-called danger is the long ago Beastclan, the one LightningSong fought off to save her clan. They now use certain dragons, and its time to save them. But nobody knows where the Beastclans are hiding, so its up to the new set of dragons to follow the prophecies instructions. ZappingFlower and her beloved Constellation are the first to understand this. Constellation notices the stars outlines at night, how they line up like a path directing them to where they should go. In daylight,
ShadedCloud notices how the sun rises and sets, and how a trail of blood leaks from it in colors of pink and red every evening and morning. ZappingFlower is the one to hear the first drum of lightning, which flickers in the distance far away on another island. They make it to the island where the Beastclans are hiding, and they greet the enslaved dragons who need to be freed. It's not easy, of course, to sneak these dragons out- they don't want to start a new war, so they need to do this carefully. It begins with a dragon named Aqua, a beautiful guardian dragon who seems to attract Shadedcloud. She is one of the very few dragons who know all the entrances, exits, hiding places and locations in the Island cave of the Beastclans. She helps the young new prophecy dragons plan out a sudden escape, at night where the stars shine brightly. The slaved dragons are free, no weapons threatening them anymore. Constellation and Zappingflower fly side by side, home, to their clan, along with Shadedcloud who has fallen in love with Aqua. Aqua decides to join the Storm Clan, and is together with ShadedCloud. There is once more peace, and no more threats. Aqua and her fellow companions were free, the Beastclans are once again left alone, and the Storm Clan rises once again to peace and happiness.

After some dedicated thought, I decided to pair (lorewise) one of my favorite Ridgebacks, FlashingLight, with LightningSong. The two seem lovely together!
Their romance happens shortly after the Fifth Prophecy, when FlashingLight, a young Ridgeback looking for a home to call her own, stumbles across my clans lair. At first, she wanted to fight everyone she met. But after LightningSong showed her nothing but kindness, FlashingLight decided that fighting wasn't always the answer. She and LightningSong grew a close bond as the two spent time together, taking care of the weaker members of the clan.

More dragons will have more stories, more prophecies shall be made. We must wait to see what happens: The future is only a step ahead.
