Susan is, by no means, a dragon. Her back legs resemble that of a chicken’s, her eyes are pitch black, she has too many claws on her front feet, and her tail splits in half at the very end. Any dragon that possesses even a sliver of wits would know that Susan is not a normal creature
At the Second End of the World, when the Arcanist shattered the barrier between the Shade and Sornieth, a piece of that barrier fell to earth. It was small and weak— the gods that gave it power no longer fueled it. It became bitter. The piece hid away for many millennia until it had the strength to change its form into something stronger.
Even after taking this new shape, the piece had to hide away for many years before it was able to fend for itself. The piece quickly sought out the strongest creatures of the land, dragons, to keep it safe and aide it in its goals to overthrow the gods. Quickly, however, it learned that to gain such a following it must be charismatic. So it adopted a new name and lied about its origins. By doing this, the piece now known as Susan was able to build a large following.

Cut off from the power of the gods that mad her, Susan has resorted to making her own form of magic to defend herself. This magic, which she dubbed the “Null” element, is significantly weaker than that of any other elemental magic. It is solely fueled by Susan’s own energy and not some divine force. However, should Susan ever be able to take the place of even one god, her power would become incredible.

Ambitious and driven, Susan will stop at nothing to reach her goal of overthrowing the gods. Her followers are treated with the utmost care and compassion, while those that oppose her cause are quickly and fiercely eliminated. She has a deep-seated hatred for the gods and those that follow them. Even the mention of a god will send her into an angered frenzy— this never harms her supporters but if any god-worshipers are nearby they better watch out. Susan wants to destroy the gods not out of some twisted sense of pride, but rather she believes it is what is best for all of Sornieth.
