 Compared to many of the other travelers, and especially those touched by the stars, she appears remarkably unassuming. Some with greater egos and less tact might even go so far as to call her "plain". The stellar shimmer of her wings is ordinarily subtler and more refined than those of her fellow passengers, and she carries no great celestial burden.

She was born to a noble family somewhere, and raised knowing how to run a house and defend it with tooth and claw. But she hardly speaks of her upbringing at all; the evidence rather presents itself in her carriage and style of dress. The silks and jewelry she wears are understated — other than her ornate monocle — but of the highest quality.

Yet her outward simplicity should never be mistaken for demureness nor harmlessness. Nor should it be assumed that she favors being evasive or calculated. For when she spreads her wings and displays the image of her stellar patron and protector, so too does she take off her proverbial gloves and reveal the full extent of her combat skills — and ruthlessness — in all-out battle.

After all, the scorpion's sting is potent. And if nobility has taught her one thing, it's how to fight most fiercely without ever dirtying herself with the blood of her enemies.
