Blight's mother bit off more than she could chew. When the Riot of Rot started, she wanted to use her skills to test her abilities and to combine them with the mysterious Beasts that wonder the area - thinking it would create an even more powerful Necromancer. From her notes, there was one that had peaked her interest. During the days, he worked in the faire within the clan; he controlled the merry go round that was home to his sister who is one of the wooden wolves on the ride. His father, Rory is a handsome man with dark red hair. His lineage is formidable as well. He was perfect to her despite being a Beast. She convinced him for various DNA samples and even marveled at his quick healing. Once she gathered all she needed, his mother got to work, She only worked at night and her fruits of her labor arrived on the very last night of the festival. Two children born under the moon light. A firstborn girl and then a boy; his mother marveled at the girl, thinking of herself being eldest to a brother herself. So she expected her daughter would be the strongest of the two like herself. His mother raised them on the outskirts of the clan's territory until she deemed them ready for Mother's Trials. Blight could do nothing right for his mother. It wasn't perfected enough. The day she sent them off, she voiced her high expectations of his sister and told him to not get in her way. Blight tried to stay close to his big sister, but not too close. She disliked him like their mother. Over time, he watched as her skin turned like his and their wounds had begun to appear, except hers never healed. They stayed bright and bled heavily. They were becoming weak and the illnesses were taking a toll. He watched as his sister thrash in frustration especially when he seemed to have been able to hide his discomfort easily. However, they wouldn't realize how much of a danger they were in when the Full Moon started to rise. Their fevers increased, fur burst through their skins as they began to experience their first shift. The anger he felt towards his sister and his mother had increased beyond his control as his Beast deemed her weak and a threat. Without a warning, Blight attacked his sister. Being weakened by the illnesses of the trials and unable to contain herself, she was quick to dispose of. When his mother came out to find her daughter after the 23 days were up. She was shocked to find her son still standing more Beast than Necromancer like she expected, but to find that her daughter was destroyed. That devastated her. Anger again filled Blight as he lunged out at her, to destroy her, but another Beast had intercepted him. His father had sensed that without his knowledge, he had pups. Angered by Bishop's misinformation, he followed her to find his pups. Seeing Blight almost attack her, Rory rushed to stop him. Unknowingly, taking the infectious bite of his son. The toxic illness that now ran through his veins leaving him weak. Blight finally got to meet his father and his actions against him was enough to calm him down slightly. Enough to no longer attack and not noticing that his mother was fleeing. Blight tried everything to save his father from the illness but found that he was unable to. Luckily, his mother wasn't just escaping but was getting help. That was when he met the head of the Necromancer's division within the clan; Madame Thana. She made quick work of the situation, forcing Blight's mother to healing his father so that she could focus on Blight himself. A Homunculus of a Beast and Necromancer has been unheard of to herself and she is unsure if the Council knows about it as well. She will be making observations and notes for the Council as well as sending Jolon to other members to compare notes with in case they find others. Thana also demoted his mother to more basic work after the hidden experiment nearly endangered the clan. Blight had decided to keep to himself within the outskirts of the clan. During the nights of the beast, there have been reports of rabid creatures break into other clans, growing mad before their death. It is how he sustains himself now. His infections can spread through bites and his victims during his hunts never survive. Luckily for Blight as well as others, due to his untraditional birth, he doesn't seem to get lost within the Beast as others. Being able to control himself and hunt those that deserve to be hunted. But with the illnesses, how long would he have until he too succumbs to the madness?

| Unusual eyes: Dragons with unusual eyes have depths in magical ability that can be hard to fathom. Their powers run deep, as their bodies serve as a reservoir they can draw on even when external resources run thin. Unfortunately, their endurance can also make them reckless. Unusual-eyed dragons might overextend themselves if they're not familiar with their own limits. If these dragons are touched by Mother's Blessing in the first trial they soon find that they can overcome the plague through sheer force of will. They beat back the sickness limb from limb, organ by organ, until it lies dormant within them, ready to be called upon. While it is rare for an unusual-eyed dragon to fail the second trial, they have no guarantees in passing the third. |
| Masks, represented by all masks, Lion Headdresses, Birdskulls, Bonecarver Masks, Plague Doctors Masks, Wolf Capes, Cranial Hornhelm, Rotted Mane, Achievement Masks, etc: A symbol of disguise, becoming, guidance, possession, transformation, and legitimacy. Necromancers bearing masks see themselves as instruments of the Plaguebringer and the hand that enacts Her will. They are counselors to their clans, ensuring that every important decision is in accordance with Plaguebringer's desires. In some cases these Necromancers are shadow rulers, controlling the clan in secret through a figurehead. |
