Every day it’s a different version of itself. Sometimes weak and wan, sometimes strong and full of light. The moon understands what it means to be alive. Uncertain. Alone. Cratered by imperfections, yet loved ever still

If the sun is the light we shine, the moon is the shadow we keep, and in a world where so much is determined by the power of the Sun, it is so easy to dismiss the more subtle impact of the Moon. But whether one wishes to forget or not, the influence of the Moon is one that many refuse to reject. And similar in nature is that of the impact the relationship Gealach has given to Ôstara.

The Sun and Moon joining has always been a significant occurrence. One of Spiritual Significance, Nature, Ceremony, eclipses are harbingers of change — they usher in evolution, feelings of revelation, fear, adoration rejuvenation and the love between Ôstara and her mate are of no difference. A son of the old ways of the moon, Gealach embodies his orbital deity no different then how his female companion embodies the solar nature of the sun. Gealach is the king of mesmerism and mystification, enticing all with his delicate aura, intriguing many with his inconstant appearance, and as a result he is a wanton creature. And similiar to the moon, there’s a romantic hidden deep within this small creature, one that draws many in with its illustrious glow, no different then the moth to the night rays of the moon itself.
