Once, Teo wasn't an eternally youthful Imperial, blissfully swinging through the trees of Galico Glades, merrily joining whatever dragons she stumbles upon for a new adventure. Teo wasn't even always a dragon, but instead one of the very Scraw, or avian partners, that birdfolk find themselves bonded to for life. Legend say that Scraw and birdfolk are born at the exact same moment, being linked before either are even aware of it. Yet Teo was born without a partner, despite being a Scraw herself; without her other half, the life of a Scraw is quite lonely, after all, they're naturally not creatures who stick together within flocks like dragons. Feeling pity for the lost youngling, Withers himself granted the Scraw a draconic form with bright splashes of color seemingly from the rainbow itself, in the hopes that she'll be able to find a group of dragons that will keep her company. What Withers did not factor in was that Teo actually enjoyed her nomadic lifestyle, not even minding the loneliness that came with it. Though, she definitely isn't against her new form; after all, Teo can now talk to dragons! It's now not an uncommon sight to see a flash of colors sprinting across the trees, coming down whenever she sees a dragon she recognizes after all her years of wandering. Often times will Teo's story be told to hatchlings anxious about their own Scraws, showing how the lord of their region is always looking after them.

Teo always enjoyed listening to Allegro's music, attempting to sing along at times. Her time as a Scraw though has not translated into good singing abilities though, but Allegro pays no mind to her off key singing.

Withers often goes out of his way to find Teo(mostly for his own peace of mind), just to check up on the little, eternally youthful hatchling, even when it has been centuries after she has become a dragon. Teo always greets him with a giggle of joy and drags him along to whatever adventures she's feeling up to today.
