Siphons mana from others. Not as in stealing their power, but as in... devouring it. Seeking more. Always seeking more, and painting to cope with the ache of an undying hunger. "Nelle" holds no aggressive tendencies, but openly admits her willingness to commit violence if it were socially acceptable and did not create problems for her family members.

Generally well-behaved and kind when not bothered by hunger. Talks about living in her own little world, which is a fantastical perception of the wonders built in the walls of Clan Brightwing's Academy of Magi. Often accompanied by her nephew, Delilah, who acts as a warden deferring her hunger from the rest of the world when she is outdoors painting.
