Alcyone was just a child when the Magistry found her on the brink of death. She is the youngest individual ever to have gone through the Stardust Ritual, and a beacon of hope for the entire order.

Though somewhat whimsical and disorderly in her magical research, she is known to have a strange wisdom about her, perhaps being more deeply affected by what happened to her as a child than her cool, calm air would suggest. She was largely raised by Pandia, but Phobetor and Arkas are particularly paternal towards her, though her unspoken issues are a source of great worry for the latter.
