Starheart has a very important job: follow Birkin and Wesker. Whereas the other broodminders must give equal care to all of the hatchlings, Starheart has been tasked with chasing down the two troublemakers, following them where larger dragons cannot, scrying their whereabouts, and even binding them with powerful magic in order to transport them safely back to the broodlings' chamber.

Aenwyn is eternally grateful to her, and is fascinated by her ritualistic, almost scientific approach to magic. When the hatchlings are asleep in their bedding, the two of them love to stay up late talking about magical theory and about the goings-on of the Arcane flight. Whether talking about research or chasing after hatchlings, they find much in common with each other and grow closer with each passing day.
