Head of housekeeping { "My, there's a lot of work to be done here.." } みつき みつき みつき みつき みつき みつき みつき みつき みつき  -Head of housekeeping in the castle -One of the youngest demons in the castle -Has the highest ranking out of anyone in the castle, besides the court jester -One of the only demons born and raised inside the castle -Has been specifically trained for this position since birth -He has a secret quarrel with the court jester -Has a secret relationship with the head of guards, no one knows about it -He carries Bashi around in order to be taller next to Kitanosho -He is 5.50 meters long and scared that he might not grow longer Being the head of housekeeping at Akushin's castle, Mitsuki leads a life of servitude and sacrifice. Being one of the only members born and raised inside the castle, he was trained his whole life for this position, and thus has spent the majority of the time of his life into his job. Life in the castle has taught him to be charismatic, as to avoid any unwanted potential conflicts. Despite his seemingly low rank, Mitsuki actually holds the most important role in the castle, only second to the court jester. Functioning as a second lord of the castle, Mitsuki orders the others around to make sure every task is executed as immaculately as possible. He in no way holds the same power as Lord Akushin, still bowing to his very presence alone. However, being chosen by the lord himself, all of the others in the castle have to listen to his orders. Mitsuki is very aware of the fact that he will inherit the fortunes if Akushin ever dies, and will probably take over reign of the castle. However, everyone in the castle knows that the lord has no weakness and is immortal. Because of that, the chance of inheriting the castle is very low. Being the head of householding has its benefits, Mitsuki knows almost everyone who lives in the castle, including a certain head of the guards. Unlike the Lord and his court jester, his relationship remains unknown to everyone in the castle. Mitsuki knows it is unprofessional for someone with his status to have a relationship with someone of the guards, and thus it is a closely guarded secret. If anyone were to find out and openly speak about it, Mitsuki would most likely use his status to make them disappear. Despite this, they can often be seen together near the supply closet, or near the castle gates. Because of Mitsuki's higher status he still disciplines Kitanosho on his manners inside the castle. A high ranking does not mean that everyone gets along well with him, in particular, he has a little quarrel with the court jester. This stems from the fact that Mitsuki will inherit the throne if Lord Akushin passes. Hakan knows of the secret relationship between Mitsuki and Kitanosho, and often makes fun of them for it, telling him that Kitanosho is cheating on him when he is away, or teasing him with the fact that he can have a public relationship with the Lord. This quarrel shows itself only in minor details, such as the slightest and most subtle jabs at the banquet performances or imperfectly ironed clothes. Only the ones who are in on the quarrel notice things such as these. Neither of them have brought anything up to Lord Akushin, in fear of upsetting him.
